Favourite Lingerie Colours

We asked a researcher to spend a quick half hour investigating what colours of lingerie are most popular. We’re not actually that surprised by what the colours are:

Favourite colours of lingerie are always changing though red seems to remain in the lead. Red is closely followed by black. Together these colours are not only favourites of women but men as well. This is because they exude a sexual connotation that excites the man. The woman is also excited by the colours she chose because of the coming wild encounter due to her choice of colour.

The colours of red and black are used for both everyday wear and special occasions. They will excite the man at home. When worn under clothing at a party or when out to dinner, gives the woman something to look forward to; namely a night of mad passion.

So far as many men are concerned, white underwear should be left in the undies drawer. It is a bland colour that makes no sexual statement. A pale blue colour is becoming similar to white in its uselessness in stimulating the mind of the man. Most other colours will have their followers but are not in the same league as black and red. Colours do matter.

There is no secret that men and women know that red or black are the colours of choice. It gives the woman a feeling of glamour and sexuality and the man anticipates being with a woman who wants to attract his attention with her gorgeous lingerie. Yes, apparently all this due to a colour!

Once the colour is set, the type of lingerie can be concentrated on. Here there are some differences of opinion. One thing is for certain, the perfect lingerie should be silk or satin. The smoothness of the fabric along with colour are more important factors in a relationship than meets the eye.
